- 3 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- pinch of Salt
- 1 tablespoon Butter or coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
In a small bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Mix in melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Scoop half the batter into a small microwave-safe coffee cup.
Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle half over batter in cup. Top with remaining batter, then remaining brown sugar mixture.
Microwave for 1 minute. Let cool slightly and enjoy.
