Ingredients
  

  • 7 ounces Chocolate Wafer Cookies
  • 4 ounces Semisweet Chocolate
  • 4 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate Or dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2-4 tablespoons Spiced Rum
  • Crushed Pecans
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Coconut Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the wafer cookies in a food processor until they're the consistency of flour.
  • In a double boiler or a bowl set over a pan of simmering water melt the chocolate, stirring frequently until smooth, add in the butter and stir until melted and well combined with the chocolate.
  • Remove from the heat and add in the chocolate wafer crumbs and the rum ( more or less rum depending on how boozy you want them) and stir the mixture until a dough forms.
  • Let cool at room temperature for one hour.
  • Roll into 1” balls then roll in desired topping. Repeat. Serve immediately or chill until ready to use. Set out for 30 min at room temperature before serving.
