Chocolate Peppermint Fondue is great for holiday parties or a quiet night at home. Decadent and oh so good!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 6 ounces Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 6 ounces Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Peppermint Baking Chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Peppermint Mocha Kahlua or peppermint schnapps (optional)
  • Shortbread Fingers
  • Pretzels
  • Pound Cake Cubes
  • Rice Krispies Treats
  • Strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Pour heavy cream into Swissmar Sierra Cast Iron Fondue Pot.
  • Set pot on stove top over medium/low heat, stirring occasionally until cream is hot but not boiling. Stir in chocolate and Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips and remove pot from heat.
  • Stir until all chocolate is melted.
  • Transfer pot to rechaud set over low fondue flame to keep chocolate warm and melted.
  • Serve fondue with your choice of dippers. Enjoy!

Notes

If using a ceramic or thin metal fondue pot, heat cream and melt chocolate in a heavy bottomed sauce pan on the stove top before pouring melted fondue into fondue pot set over a low heat source as per manufacturers instructions.
