Preheattheoven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, using an electricmixer, combine the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar, mix well on low to medium speed.
Now add the vanilla and eggs, mix until combined.
In a medium-sized bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt, mix by hand until well combined.
Combine the contents of both bowls, mix on low-speed until combined.
Add the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and the peanuts to the bowl, mix by hand.
Spray the cast iron skillet(s) with non-stick spray, or grease it with a bit of butter.
Spoon the cookie mixture into one 10 or 12 inch cast iron skillet, or two 6 inch cast iron skillets.
Place in oven and bake for about 25 to 35 minutes.
Remove the cast iron skillet(s) from the oven.
Top with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired. This dessert is best served warm.
