Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Butter Softened
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Egg
  • 1 cup Ripe Banana Mashed
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo Cookie Chunks
  • 1/4 cup Butter Softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 oreo (Oreos Crushed

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add the eggs, banana, sour cream, and vanilla and beat again.
  • Stir together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to the butter mixture until everything has been mixed in. Do not over mix the batter. Stir in the cookie chunks gently.
  • Spread the batter in a greased 9x5 bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool 15 minutes in the pan, and then flip out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the milk and beat until smooth. Spread on top of the cooled bread. Top with the cookie crumbs.
