Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Certified Gluten-Free Oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine oatmeal, shredded coconut, coconut milk, cocoa powder and honey. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  • To serve, mix well and top with flaked coconut and chocolate chips if desired.
