1 cup Certified Gluten-Free Oatmeal 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Coconut Flakes 1 cup Coconut Milk 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons Honey Unsweetened Coconut Flakes Mini Chocolate Chips
Combine oatmeal, shredded coconut, coconut milk, cocoa powder and honey. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
To serve, mix well and top with flaked coconut and chocolate chips if desired.
