Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks Butter softened at room temperature
  • 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 6 Dark Chocolate chopped
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Cream the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl, or with the paddle attachment of your standing mixer. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  • Combine the flour and the baking soda and add to the butter and sugar mixture in three batches, mixing to combine well after each addition.
  • Add the chocolate chips, the chopped chocolate and the sea salt, and stir to combine.
  • Scoop the batter using a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop in rounded tablespoons on your cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes, rotating the cookie sheet once halfway through baking.
