Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Slivered Almonds
  • 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by spraying with a nonstick baking spray which contains flour.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time mixing after each addition. Add the vanilla with the last egg.
  • Mix in the flour mixture and sour cream, just until evenly moistened. Gently fold in the almonds, marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  • Spread batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  • Move to a wire rack and cool in pan for 30 minutes then turn loaf out onto wire rack and cool completely.
