Instructions
In a large saucepan, heat the chicken broth on medium high heat. Add the carrots, celery and peas. Bring the broth to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add the chicken and tortellini and cook until tender, about 4 minutes or according to tortellini package instructions. Stir occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
