Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour Or gluten free all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • pinch of Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter Softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • Caramel Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except the caramel sauce in a mug.
  • Mix the ingredients well.
  • Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, 40 seconds.
  • Poke a few holes on top then drizzle with caramel.
  • Optional: Serve topped with ice cream and chocolate syrup if you prefer.
