Brownie in a Mug is for when you want a decadent dessert but have little time. Just two minutes in the microwave.

- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour Or gluten free all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- pinch of Salt
- 3 tablespoons Water
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter Softened
- 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- Caramel Sauce
Combine all ingredients except the caramel sauce in a mug.
Mix the ingredients well.
Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, 40 seconds.
Poke a few holes on top then drizzle with caramel.
Optional: Serve topped with ice cream and chocolate syrup if you prefer.
