Ingredients
  

  • 2 Small White Potato boiled
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 4 tablespoons Cilantro Chutney
  • Butter
  • Chaat Masala Spice Mix

Instructions
 

  • Cut the potatoes, cucumber, tomatoes, and onions into thin slices.
  • Toast the bread slices.
  • Spread a tablespoon of green chutney onto each of the four of the bread slices and butter on the other four slices.
  • Layer slices of potato, cucumber, tomato and onion over the chutney.
  • Sprinkle with chaat masala.
  • Cover each with a buttered slice of bread.

Notes

Chaat masala splice blend can be found at Indian grocery stores. You can also serve these sandwiches with a little ketchup.
