Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Blueberries
  • 5 large Mint Leaves
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 ounce Lime Juice
  • 2 fluid ounces Rum
  • Sparkling Seltzer Water

Instructions
 

  • In a large cocktail shaker add blueberries, mint, simple syrup, and lime juice. Muddle until the light scent of mint comes from the shaker and the berries are smashed.
  • Pour in the rum, add a few ice cubes and shake until cold.
  • Pour the mixture into a short cocktail glass and top with cold seltzer water. Add more ice if desired.
