Blueberry Jelly Donut Holes have a pocket full of sweet blueberry you'll adore. The cinnamon sugar on the outside is amazing!

- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar divided
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Blueberry Preserves
- 6 tablespoons Butter melted
- 4 teaspoons Cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray 2 – 12 count mini muffin tins with nonstick spray.
Stir together the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Create a well in the center and add the egg, oil, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix together gently.
Spoon one teaspoon batter into the bottom of the prepared muffin tins.
Place a small spoonful of the blueberry preserves in the center of the batter.
Use the remaining batter to cover the preserves.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let cool in the pans for 2 minutes before gently removing them and placing them on a wire rack to cool completely.
Stir together the remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Dip the donut holes in the melted butter and roll in the sugar mixture. Let set.
