Blueberry Cream Puffs are an easy dessert for any summer barbecue you throw. Summer might be almost over, but these sweet treats are good all year long.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Roll out puff pastry. Using a star shaped cookie cutter, cut 10 stars in pastry sheet.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. When done, allow to cool.
In the meantime, place blueberries and 2 tablespoons water in a small pot. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to completely cool.
In a medium bowl add whipping cream, beat on high for 3-5 minutes or until you have soft peaks. Set aside.
When stars have cooled, cut each star in half. Top with cream and blueberries. Replace the top of the star.
