- 2 cups Quick Oats
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Mashed Banana 2 ripe
- 1 1/4 cups Fresh Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Finely Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 tablespoon Butter
Stir together the oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt.
Whisk together the milk, honey, egg, vanilla, and banana. Stir into the dry mixture until combined. Gently stir in the blueberries.
Spread the mixture into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
Mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle over the top of the batter in the pan.
Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes.
Cut into 9 squares.
Serve warm with honey and banana slices.
