Blueberry and Cream Cookies Recipe

Blueberry and Cream Cookies are just the treat your kids want to find in their lunchbox. Sweet and oh so good.

- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour Plus 2 tablespoons
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 sticks Salted Butter Melted and cooled
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 325° and line baking sheets with parchment paper
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda, set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown and white sugars. Whisk for 3-5 minutes, until it has turned smooth and light brown.
Whisk in the eggs and vanilla. Using a rubber spatula, slowly stir in the flour mixture, until just combined.
Carefully fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips.
Distribute scoops of dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 12-14 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool on a cooling rack.
