Ingredients
  

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 12 ounces Penne
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • Garlic Salt To taste

Instructions
 

  • Begin by seasoning each chicken breast with the Cajun seasoning. Season each side of the chicken breast and pat or rub it in.
  • Place chicken breast on the grill or in a greased skillet keeping it at medium-high heat and cook on both sides for 10 minutes or until well done.
  • Set aside while the pasta is cooking.
  • Prepare the pasta as instructed per the package.
  • While the pasta is draining, add in the cream cheese and milk to the stockpot keeping on low heat.
  • Stir until the cheese has melted.
  • Return pasta to the stockpot, mixing with the cheese.
  • Add in garlic salt to taste.
  • Serve chicken over the pasta.
