- 5 slices Cucumber Plus extra for garnish
- 1/4 cup Blackberries Fresh, plus extra for garnish
- 5 sprigs Fresh Tarragon
- Fresh Lime Juice From 1/2 lime
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 2 ounces Gin
- Club Soda
- Ice Cubes
Fill your cocktail shaker with the cucumber slices, blackberries, tarragon, lime juice and simple syrup and muddle the mix together with a muddler until the berries are crushed and they release their juices.
Pour in the gin and stir.
Fill a Collins glass with ice and strain the cocktail, discarding any solids. Top with club soda and garnish with slices of cucumber and blackberries.
