Ingredients
  

  • 5 slices Cucumber Plus extra for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Blackberries Fresh, plus extra for garnish
  • 5 sprigs Fresh Tarragon
  • Fresh Lime Juice From 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 2 ounces Gin
  • Club Soda
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • Fill your cocktail shaker with the cucumber slices, blackberries, tarragon, lime juice and simple syrup and muddle the mix together with a muddler until the berries are crushed and they release their juices.
  • Pour in the gin and stir.
  • Fill a Collins glass with ice and strain the cocktail, discarding any solids. Top with club soda and garnish with slices of cucumber and blackberries.
