Minced Garlic

Capers
Rinsed

Lime Juice
From approximately 1/2 small lime

tablespoons
Fresh Cilantro

tablespoons
Olive Oil

tablespoon
Diced Jalapeño Peppers
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor.
Process to combine, scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula as needed.
Process until the mixture is a thick puree, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Spoon into a bowl and serve with toasted bread or crackers. Enjoy!
