Ingredients
  

  • 1 6 ounce can Black Olives
  • 2 Anchovy Filets Rinsed
  • 1 small clove Minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Capers Rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice From approximately 1/2 small lime
  • 2-3 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Diced Jalapeño Peppers

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor.
  • Process to combine, scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula as needed.
  • Process until the mixture is a thick puree, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Spoon into a bowl and serve with toasted bread or crackers. Enjoy!
