Black Bean Hummus is a great afternoon snack for everyone. Perfect for a lunchbox treat.

- 1 cup Black Beans Canned, rinsed
- 1 clove Garlic Large, minced
- 2 Lime Juiced
- 2 tablespoons Tahini Paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
In the bowl of a food processor, place the black beans, garlic, lime juice, tahini, salt and coriander and mix until combined.
With the processor running, stream in the olive oil and let mix until the hummus is smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
