Black Bean Hummus is a great afternoon snack for everyone. Perfect for a lunchbox treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Black Beans Canned, rinsed
  • 1 clove Garlic Large, minced
  • 2 Lime Juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of a food processor, place the black beans, garlic, lime juice, tahini, salt and coriander and mix until combined.
  • With the processor running, stream in the olive oil and let mix until the hummus is smooth.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
