  • 15 ounces Canned Sweet Corn
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 3 large Fresh Tomato diced
  • 2 large Red Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Lime juiced
  • 1-2 teaspoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
