Big Red Margarita Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce Tequila
  • 1 ounce Triple Sec
  • 3/5 cup Margarita Mix
  • 1 12 oz can Strawberry Soda
  • Salt for the rim (or sugar if you prefer)
  • Lime Slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the liquid ingredients.
  • Shake vigorously until everything is well mixed.
  • Use a lime slice and gently run it around the rim of a margarita glass.
  • Dip the margarita glass into salt/sugar.
  • Fill the glass with ice, and pour the contents of the shaker into the glass.
  • Garnish with lime slices on the rim, and a few strawberry slice in the drink.
  • In a blender, add all of the liquid ingredients and add two handfuls of ice.
  • Blend for a few minutes.
  • Use a lime slice and gently run it around the rim of a margarita glass.
  • Dip the margarita glass into salt/sugar.
  • Pour the contents of the blender into the glass.
  • Garnish with lime slices on the rim, and add a few strawberry slices to the top of the blended mix.
