- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Onion small and finely chopped
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Frozen Corn frozen
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Tortilla Chips crushed
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Avocado
- Salsa
- Sour Cream
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and onions for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through. Drain any grease.
Add frozen corn kernels, and mix to combine.
Add taco seasoning mix, and the amount of water called for on the package.
Stir and cook for 5 minutes, until the liquid is absorbed.
Stir in crushed tortilla chips, and top with cheese.
Cover and let the cheese melt.
Serve with desired toppings.
