Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion small and finely chopped
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn frozen
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Tortilla Chips crushed
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and onions for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through. Drain any grease.
  • Add frozen corn kernels, and mix to combine.
  • Add taco seasoning mix, and the amount of water called for on the package.
  • Stir and cook for 5 minutes, until the liquid is absorbed.
  • Stir in crushed tortilla chips, and top with cheese.
  • Cover and let the cheese melt.
  • Serve with desired toppings.
