Beef Burrito Skillet cooks in one pot for a delicious dinner with an easy clean up. A great idea for Tex Mex night!

- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Frozen Corn
- 1 1/4 cups Water
- 1 cup Salsa
- 4 Burrito-Sized Flour Tortillas cut into thin strips
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Fresh Tomato
- Black Olives
- Fresh Cilantro
- Sour Cream
- Avocado
- jalapeños Jalapeño
In a large skillet brown ground beef over medium high heat. Stir in taco seasoning until the meat is well coated.
Mix in corn, water, and salsa, bring to a simmer.
Stir in tortilla strips until well coated.
Sprinkle cheese over the skillet. Cover and let the cheese melt for about 5 minutes.
Garnish with desired toppings.
Serve immediately.
