Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn
  • 1 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 4 Burrito-Sized Flour Tortillas cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Fresh Tomato
  • Black Olives
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Sour Cream
  • Avocado
  • jalapeños Jalapeño

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet brown ground beef over medium high heat. Stir in taco seasoning until the meat is well coated.
  • Mix in corn, water, and salsa, bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in tortilla strips until well coated.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the skillet. Cover and let the cheese melt for about 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with desired toppings.
  • Serve immediately.
