Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons Garlic chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Prickly Pear Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 3 Green Onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 pound Ribeye Steak thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all of the ingredients except for the meat.
  • Once the sugar has dissolved, add the meat and mix well with your hands, ensuring the meat is completely coated.
  • Marinate the beef for at least 3 hours and up to 24 hours.
  • Once ready to cook, heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and stir fry to your liking - the outside of the beef should caramelize.
