BBQ Shredded Pork Cups with Cheese will be your new favorite snack. Flavorful pulled pork in a puff pastry cup topped with gooey cheese.

- 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
- 1 cup Pulled Pork
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Coleslaw
- 1/4 cup Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Lightly dust your clean work surface with flour and unfold one puff pastry sheet on it. Lightly roll out to even the edges.
Cut dough into 24 even pieces.
Fit your pastry pieces into the muffin pan pushing down the center.
Bake for 10 minutes. If center rises make sure to push down again.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
Evenly spread pork into each pastry. Top with cheese. Place back into oven and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
Top with coleslaw.
Drizzle with bbq sauce. Serve and ENJOY!
