This barbecue chicken grilled pizza recipe is a crowd favorite - it's loaded with shredded chicken and crisp summer veggies.

- 1 pound Pizza Dough
- 1 1/2 cups Barbecue Sauce plus more for serving
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast shredded
- 1 cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion
- 1 small Bell Peppers thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups Corn
- 1/2 cup Thinly Sliced Scallions
- 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing plus more for serving
Preheat grill on high heat. Close the lid to allow the grill to heat up like an oven.
Roll out pizza dough to desired shape and thickness.
Lighlty spray grill rack with olive oil then transfer prepared dough to the grill. Close the lid and bake for 4 to 5 minutes.
In the meantime, add shredded chicken and 1 cup of barbecue sauce to a mixing bowl. Toss well to combine.
Remove the parbaked dough from the grill. Allow it to cool slightly then spread the remaining barbecue sauce on top of the crust.
Layer with the barbecue chicken, corn, peppers, red onions, mozzarella cheese, sharp cheddar cheese and feta.
Return the pizza to the grill and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes on high heat until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.
Carefully remove pizza from the grill and transfer to a cutting board.
Drizzle with barbecue sauce and ranch dressing, and sprinkle with sliced scallions.
Slice and serve.
