This barbecue chicken grilled pizza recipe is a crowd favorite - it's loaded with shredded chicken and crisp summer veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough
  • 1 1/2 cups Barbecue Sauce plus more for serving
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast shredded
  • 1 cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion
  • 1 small Bell Peppers thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Corn
  • 1/2 cup Thinly Sliced Scallions
  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing plus more for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill on high heat. Close the lid to allow the grill to heat up like an oven.
  • Roll out pizza dough to desired shape and thickness.
  • Lighlty spray grill rack with olive oil then transfer prepared dough to the grill. Close the lid and bake for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • In the meantime, add shredded chicken and 1 cup of barbecue sauce to a mixing bowl. Toss well to combine.
  • Remove the parbaked dough from the grill. Allow it to cool slightly then spread the remaining barbecue sauce on top of the crust.
  • Layer with the barbecue chicken, corn, peppers, red onions, mozzarella cheese, sharp cheddar cheese and feta.
  • Return the pizza to the grill and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes on high heat until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  • Carefully remove pizza from the grill and transfer to a cutting board.
  • Drizzle with barbecue sauce and ranch dressing, and sprinkle with sliced scallions.
  • Slice and serve.
