- 2 8-Inch Flour Tortilla
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Rum Extract
- 2 Banana Sliced
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in brown sugar and stir.
Cook mixture for 2-3 minutes or until thick, stir in extract and sliced bananas.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes or just until bananas are soft.
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray, over medium high heat.
Add one tortilla and heat for 1 minute or until underside has begun to turn golden brown.
Add half of the banana mixture to one half of the tortilla.
Fold tortilla over and heat quesadilla for 1 minute.
Turn quesadilla over and cook second side for another minute. Remove quesadilla and repeat with remaining tortilla and banana mixture.
Cut each quesadilla in half and top with whipped cream and drizzle with any remaining caramel syrup.
