- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Egg
- 1 1/4 cups Flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Ripe Banana Mashed
- 1/4 cup Butter Melted
Place milk, vanilla, eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, banana, and butter in a blender. Pulse until mixed together.
Drop by 1/4 cup onto a warm skillet. Cook until golden brown on the bottom, and then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Serve hot with syrup and banana slices.
