Bacon Wrapped Dates Recipe

Bacon wrapped dates are a quick and easy appetizer that can easily become dinner for one. Grab a glass of wine and dig in!

- 24 Medjool Date roughly 3/4 pound
- 12 slices Bacon cut in half
Preheat oven to 425°F
Cover a baking sheet with tin foil
Cut bacon in half
Make a small incision in the date and remove the pit
Wrap a piece of bacon tightly around a date
Place the wrapped date on the sheet and push down gently so it won’t unravel
Repeat steps 5 and 6 until all the dates are wrapped
Bake at 425°F for 5 minutes
With tongs, turn over the dates and bake for an additional 5 minutes
Remove from oven once the bacon is browned and crispy.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
