Bacon Peanut Butter Banana Bread Recipe

This bacon peanut butter banana bread is an awesome snack! We love the sweet-salty combo of flavors.

- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 medium Banana mashed
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil or canola oil
- 2 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 8 slices Cooked Bacon crumbled
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter for about 45 seconds, until melted and thin.
Add the bananas, oil, eggs, and vanilla, stirring until combined.
Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Fold in crumbled bacon.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on a wire rack for 20 minutes before inverting the bread onto the wire rack to cool completely. Cut and serve.
