- 2 slices Bacon
- 1/4 cup Chopped Chives
- 2 cups Self Rising Flour
- 5 tablespoons Butter Cold
- 2/3 cup Whole Milk
- Preheat oven to 450°F. 
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove to a paper towel to cool. 
- In a large bowl mix together chives and flour. Grate butter into flour mixture and stir to combine. 
- Chop bacon and stir into flour mixture. 
- Stir in milk until fully incorporated and a thick batter has formed. 
- Using two spoons, drop batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to make 8 biscuits. 
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool slightly and serve.
