Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Bacon
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Chives
  • 2 cups Self Rising Flour
  • 5 tablespoons Butter Cold
  • 2/3 cup Whole Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove to a paper towel to cool.
  • In a large bowl mix together chives and flour. Grate butter into flour mixture and stir to combine.
  • Chop bacon and stir into flour mixture.
  • Stir in milk until fully incorporated and a thick batter has formed.
  • Using two spoons, drop batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to make 8 biscuits.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool slightly and serve.
