This bacon cheddar ranch pasta salad is perfect for potlucks or a cool summer dinner! There’s even a full serving of vegetables, and it only takes minutes to throw together.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Rotini
  • 12 ounces Bacon
  • 8 ounces Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 3/4 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil large pot of water for pasta and cook according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.
  • While water is coming to a boil, cook the bacon and chop remaining ingredients. In a small bowl, mix together the ranch dressing and milk.
  • To assemble, in a large bowl combine the cooked pasta, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, broccoli, and ranch mixture. Season to taste with black pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
