Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Fat Free Milk
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Applesauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Almond Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen Mixed Berries Divided
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Stir together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Whisk together the milk, honey, applesauce, egg, and extract. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix together.
  • Gently stir in 1 cup of the frozen berries.
  • Pour into a greased 9x7 or 8x8 baking dish. Top with remaining berries and sliced almonds.
  • Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool slightly to firm up.
  • Cut into 8 or 9 squares, depending on the pan size.
  • Serve warm with honey and milk. Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.
