1 ½lbsYukon gold potatoes(or russet or red potatoes)
2Tbspolive oil
Seasoning Blend
1 ½tspgarlic powder
1 ½tsponion powder
1 ½tspsmoked paprika
1 ½tspsalt of your choice
½tspblack pepper
1bunchParsley or green onions, choppedoptional
Instructions
Dice your washed and dried potatoes into ½ inch cubes.
Place the diced potatoes in a large bowl and add olive oil and your spices. Toss well to coat the potatoes.
Transfer potatoes to the air fryer basket and lightly shake to settle the potatoes to the bottom.
Air fry at 375°F for 10 minutes. Shake the potatoes gently to stir, then fry an additional 10 minutes.
Air broil the potatoes for 2-3 minutes (if your air fryer allows) to add an extra crispy texture. You can also turn the temperature up to 450°F for the same crispy exterior.
