  • 2 cups Wild Rice, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cherries, chopped


  1. Combine all ingredients together in a saucepan and cook over medium-low, until heated through.
  2. Alternately, divide ingredients into two portions and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.


  • Prep time increases to 1 hour if cooking rice from scratch.
