Strawberry Purée Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pint as purchased Strawberries, Organic
  • 4 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Granulated Sugar

Directions

  1. Puree the macerated strawberries and their juice in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Rinse, hull, and quarter the strawberries, and toss with the balsamic vinegar and sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or leave at room temperature for at least 4 hours to soften and macerate the strawberries.
