Raspberry Butter Cookies Recipe

  • 10 tablespoons Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Seedless Raspberry Jam


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend butter and sugar together until creamy. Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
  3. Whisk together flour and baking powder. Mix into butter mixture until incorporated.
  4. Put cookie dough into a pastry bag and pipe into cookie shapes.
  5. Press tiny indent into the center of each cookie.
  6. Pipe in 1/8 teaspoon jam into the center of each cookie.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
  8. Serve and ENJOY!
