- 2 pounds Ribeye Steak, Bone in
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Steak Seasoning
Heat one half of a gas or charcoal grill to high. Half of the grill will be used for indirect heat.
Pat steak with paper towels and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning on the steak.
Place steak on the hot side of the grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until there is noticeable grill marks.
Move steak to indirect heat for another 8 minutes (medium rare) or until desired doneness is achieved.
Remove steak from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice before serving.
