- 2 10 ounce packages Refrigerated Ravioli, (cheese, meat, or your choice)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 1/2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Marinara Sauce, for serving
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper or coat with cooking spray.
Place the eggs and water in a small bowl, and whisk until combined.
Mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in a shallow bowl.
Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, and then roll in the breadcrumbs until well coated. Repeat the process with all of the raviolis. Place the raviolis in a single layer on the sheet pan.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until ravioli are crispy and golden brown.
Serve with the marinara sauce for dipping.
