Onigiri Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 tablespoon Furikake Rice Seasoning
  • 1 sheet Nori, cut into three pieces

Directions

  1. Place 3 cups of cooked rice into a large bowl and add furikake seasonings.
  2. Mix the furikake seasoning well into the rice.
  3. Place a cup of seasoned rice onto a sheet of cling wrap.
  4. Wrap the rice and grip and press to shape into a triangle using both hands.
  5. Rotate your hand to shape the triangle.
  6. Remove the cling wrap and wrap the rice ball with a nori sheet.
  7. Repeat for remaining two more rice balls.
