- 4 cups Kale Leaves, Chopped
- 1/4 cup Homemade Dressing
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pineapple
- 2 tablespoons Crumbled Feta Cheese
In a large bowl, add kale and the homemade dressing.
Massage until the kale starts to soften and wilt, 2 to 3 minutes.
Top with blueberries, pineapple, and feta and serve.
