Homemade Pizza Pockets Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe No Rise Pizza Dough
  • 6 tablespoons Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pizza Toppings, We like pepperoni and mushroom, or ham and pineapple

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough quite thin, about 1/8-inch thick. Cut out 3 1/2-inch circles.
  3. Top one dough circle with 1 teaspoon pizza sauce, 1 tablespoon shredded cheese, and a few pizza toppings.
  4. Brush a bit of water around the edge of the dough and place another dough circle on top. Seal the edges with a fork and place the pocket on a parchment lined baking sheet. Poke a few holes in the top with a toothpick to vent. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  5. Bake the pizza pockets for 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
