Gluten Free Sausage Gravy Recipe

  • 1 pound Gluten Free Sausage
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Rice Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper, To taste


  1. Brown the sausage in a heavy skillet. Drain off all of the fat, except for 2-3 tablespoons.
  2. Add the rice flour to the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring until the flour starts to brown.
  3. Add the milk, bring to a boil, and then simmer until thickened.
  4. Finish by stirring in the heavy cream, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
