- 1 pound Gluten Free Sausage
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Rice Flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- Salt and Pepper, To taste
Brown the sausage in a heavy skillet. Drain off all of the fat, except for 2-3 tablespoons.
Add the rice flour to the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring until the flour starts to brown.
Add the milk, bring to a boil, and then simmer until thickened.
Finish by stirring in the heavy cream, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
