Gluten Free Baked Italian Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 2/3 cup Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil, Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • 2 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Whole Milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Put the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and basil in a large bowl and gently mix together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the garlic, salt, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and whole milk. Add the egg mixture to the meat and mix until completely combined, but don’t over-mix or squish the meat.
  4. Form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet. It will make about 40 small meatballs.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until they’re no longer pink in the middle.
  6. Serve with sauce and pasta of choice.
