- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 16 ounces Fresh Shrimp, medium, peeled and deveined
- 16 ounces Frozen Mixed Stir-fry Vegetable Blend
- Cooked Rice, optional
In a medium sized saucepan, add in the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and ginger.
Let this warm up to a low-boil, whisk in the cornstarch until the sauce as thickened.
Coat the shrimp with the sauce.
Line an air fryer with foil, and then add in the shrimp and vegetables.
Cook at 355°F for 10 Minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
