Fried Almonds with Thyme Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Whole Raw Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme, Chopped, to taste


  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the almonds and stir to coat with the oil. Cook for 2-5 minutes or until the almonds are hot and toasted.
  2. Transfer the almonds to a bowl and toss with the salt and thyme, use 1-2 tablespoons of the thyme, depending on your personal taste.
  3. Serve the almonds immediately or store in an airtight container.
