Egg and Cheese Waffle Sandwiches Recipe

  • 1 8 count can Grands Biscuits, Flaky layer variety preferred
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Eggs, Lightly beaten


  • You can also add bacon or veggies to each sandwich. Throw them on top of the cheese before adding the egg.
  • I did not specify the type of cheese because changing it up really offers lots of flavor varieties. Try pepper jack for spicy. Try goat cheese for creamy and smooth. Add herb butter to make that even better. Shredded mozzarella and a tomato slice = Italian breakfast. Be creative!
