Chocolate Hazelnut Crinkle Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In mixing bowl whisk together sugar and eggs.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Add to egg mixture. Stir well.
  4. Add vanilla and chocolate hazelnut spread. Stir.
  5. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
  6. Scoop out 1 tablespoon cookie dough and roll into powdered sugar.
  7. Place on baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool for 2 minutes then remove from sheet and continue to cool completely on a cooling rack.
  10. Serve and ENJOY!
