- 1 8 ounce package Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce, plus 2 tablespoons
- 1 cup Apple Cider, cooked down into a syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- Toffee Bits, to top
Beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.
Add in the caramel sauce and beat well.
Add in the cider, salt, and vanilla. Beat for about 2 - 4 minutes until well-combined.
Allow it to sit for a few minutes for the flavors to bloom before serving (you can also add more caramel and/or cider to taste.
Top with toffee bits.
